How Long Does Shipping Take?
We ship all online orders via Australia Post.
Regular Post
2 – 5 business days for capital cities and metro areas. Regional and rural areas please allow up to 1-2 additional business days.
Express Post
1 – 3 business days for capital cities and metro areas. Regional and rural areas please allow up to 1-2 additional business days.
Please allow up to 24 hours to process your order upon placement (Monday – Friday). Your initial order confirmation email is not a confirmation of shipping, you will receive an additional email once your order has been shipped.
Orders placed after 12pm on Fridays, over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.

How Can I Track My Order?
Once we have packed and sent your order from Glenrose Beauty Gallery Belrose NSW, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to track your delivery.

Glenrose Beauty Gallery currently only delivers within Australia.
What Happens If My Order is Lost or Damaged?

Why am I Only Seeing Click & Collect as a Delivery Option?
If you’re seeing Click & Collect as the ONLY Delivery Option, this is because one or more products in your cart (i.e. Ultraceuticals) can only be purchased via this Delivery Option.
When Can I Collect My Order?
You will receive an email notification once your Click & Collect order is ready to be picked up.
Returns
We don’t offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. Purchases can be returned for an online store credit provided you provide the original proof of purchase within 14 days of purchase and the item is in an original, unused and unopened condition. Your online store credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of return. The store credit is valid for a one time use only. Online store credit cannot be used for any in salon services.
Returns can be made in salon or via post. Please note, initial or return shipping costs are not covered by Glenrose Beauty Gallery and will not be included in your store credit. We recommend customers make returns via Registered Post. We advise using a trackable service and purchasing parcel insurance. Glenrose Beauty Gallery will not be responsible for parcels lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

Faulty or Damaged Items
For all faulty or damaged items, we offer a replacement or a full refund. Items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear or incorrect use are not considered to be faulty or damaged. Refunds will be processed via original payment method only (unless store credit is requested) and all refunds are processed in the original currency of the order ($AUD). We will not process refunds for returns that are lost or damaged via return delivery to Glenrose Beauty Gallery.
