At Glenrose Beauty Gallery we value your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness to all our clients, the following policy applies:
Treat Yourself Tuesdays
Discount valid on Tuesdays only for all full-priced facial services.
Deposit Requirement
For all treatments over 45 minutes, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking (online, over the phone, or in-salon).
Cancellation & Rescheduling
24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If you provide at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be transferred to your new booking or refunded upon request.
No-Shows & Late Cancellations
If you fail to attend your appointment (“no-show”) or cancel/reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited in full.
For prepaid packages or vouchers, a missed appointment without 24h notice will result in the session being deducted from your balance.
Reminders
We provide appointment reminders as a courtesy; however, it is the client’s responsibility to remember their booking and provide enough notice upon cancellation.

We understand that unexpected events can occur. In cases of genuine emergencies/ illness, please contact us as soon as possible and we will assess your situation at our discretion.
Here at Glenrose Beauty Gallery we are aware that sometimes you may have to reschedule your appointment. However, we kindly ask that you adhere to our 24-hour cancellation policy. Clients will be required to provide a 50% deposit for all treatments exceeding 45 minutes (online and in-store). This deposit will then be deducted from your treatment on the day. Failure to comply with our cancellation policy will result in this deposit being deducted from your account.
Our cancellation policy extends to all packaged treatments including Laser Hair Removal whereby failure to adhere to the cancellation policy will result in a treatment being deducted from your package.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers must be presented in-store upon redemption and are to be used for the purchase of goods and services at Glenrose Beauty Gallery.
Gift vouchers should be treated as cash. Lost or stolen gift cards may not be refunded or replaced. It is your responsibility to ensure that your gift cards are secure. Gift cards will expire 36 months from the date of issue. Online gift cards are not redeemable for cash, this includes current remaining and expired balances.
